Planned Giving

For ONLINE registration: complete the link here.

Parishioners have time over this weekend and next to consider renewing their planned giving offering or registering for planned giving for the first time.

How much?

Your offering should be:

  • A gift which is proportional to your income and ability to give.
  • A generous gift that demands thoughtful consideration involving some measure of sacrifice.
  • A regular gift which makes your giving a real part of regular worship.

Is your offering binding?

No, your offering is a promise, not a legal document. The offerings are made by parishioners in a spirit of generosity, and should never become a burden. If the circumstances change, a word or a note to the administrator is all that is necessary.

Who should contribute to the support of the parish?

Every parishioner who is fortunate enough to have a regular income. “Each one should give that he has decided to his/her own mind, not grudgingly, or because he is made to, for God loves a cheerful giver.” (2 Cor: 9:7).

Funds are collected by the parish in two ways: the weekly Mass cash collections and Planned Giving. We encourage all parishioners to consider offering by means of Planned Giving. This enables the Parish Finance Council to budget and plan the spending of the parish and use it as a guide to plan major projects.

We encourage members of Planned Giving to pay their offering by means of electronic funds transferred directly into the parish bank account. This streamlines the recording process and it reduces the amount of cash held on the premises over the weekend.

We thank you for considering to renew or join Planned Giving. Please complete the Planned Giving card (from church) or online registration here, after prayerful consideration of the offering you wish to make.

Place your completed card in the sealed envelope marked Planned Giving and place in the collection at the end Mass. Very important we asking ALL EXISTING planned giving members to PLEASE complete a card or register online.

For any queries about Planned Giving, please email philipcj5@gmail.com or contact the office during office hours.
