Prayer for our Nation

The very real concerns for the future of our country are calling people to action. There are many ways of showing such concern. We believe with many Christians that prayer takes priority over all other activities. Two months ago a big meeting was organised for this coming Saturday in Bloemfontein. The target is to get one million together, starting at 12 noon. Little did they know what the circumstances would be.
In the meeting of our Parish Council Executive the initiative came up to join in this prayer. We invite all parishioners and friends to join us to celebrate Holy Mass at 12 noon on Saturday, April 22, in the park on Goede Hoop Street, Bothasig. We want to have this Holy Mass outside as a visible sign that the redeeming sacrifice of Christ is connected to the need of society for positive progress. Please spread the message, and bring your own chair.
